Schedules - Schedules:

Guest sheet:

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to fill in the national guest registration form.

For your security, all guests must present their identity documents upon check-in.


Why does the hotel require my documentation?

As a means of lodging registered and regulated by the Ministry of Tourism, Pousada Águas Claras has a series of obligations under the General Tourism Law (Law 11,771), which aim at the safe and sustainable development of the hotel activity. Among these obligations is the regular submission of the profile of guests received at the hotel to the Ministry of Tourism. According to article 26, sole paragraph of the General Tourism Law, this profile must contain information from the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH), whose model is regulated by Decree 7.381/2010, annex I.

Thus, the form filled in at the check-in of our hotel follows the molds required by the federal decree. However, since we have the obligation to present the correct data to the Ministry of Tourism, we also have the obligation to check the completed data. It is in order to hold this conference that we require a valid identification document. We scan the document to expedite the check-in process, so that guests do not have to wait for their details to be entered into the system that sends them to the Ministry of Tourism before being directed to their room.

But what about the General Data Protection Law (LGPD)? Do I not have the right to choose the data I want to provide?

The Data Protection Law (LGPD) makes an exception to the requirement of consent of the data subject in the case of the need for personal data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation of the establishment (Article 7, II).

In order to receive guests in compliance with current laws and regulations, Pousada Águas Claras is obliged to share FNRH data, including valid documentation, with the Ministry of Tourism. For this reason, the presentation of documentation is not optional at this establishment.

If the guest chooses not to authorize the scanning and storage of documents by the hotel, they must still present them, wait for the data to be filled in in the integrated system with the Ministry of Tourism, then complete the check-in and be taken to your apartment. .


Animals:

The Águas Claras inn does not accept pets.

Parking:

Complimentary for up to one car per room.

Available from April 20th to November 20th at 5pm.

Payment conditions:

We operate on a pre-payment basis for accommodation.


Credit card transactions.

At the hotel's discretion, we will pre-authorise your credit card a few days prior to check-in. But this is not a charge. It's just a pre-authorization. Payment will only be made at check-in by inserting the card into the machine and entering the security password. We ask that, if possible, bring the same card used in the reservation to make the payment upon check-in.

Tourism tax:

The hotel charges the optional R$3.50 tourist tax per day per room. This amount is passed on to the Búzios Convention & Visitors Bureau.


CHD Policies:

Up to 1 Child up to 3 years old in the same bed as parents or crib is complimentary.


Pousada Águas Claras does not accept minors unaccompanied by parents or guardians.

Minors in this situation must carry authorization signed by their parents with a notarized signature and a certified copy of their identity and the identity of the parents.


Pousada Águas Claras is not responsible for theft of vehicles, or for any damage caused to them or even for objects left inside. The hotel is not responsible for objects or valuables left outside the safe in the apartments or in common areas. When inside the safe, if the break-in is proven, we guarantee the value of up to R$500.00 per apartment.
