1. Rates are assessed in Reais ( Brazilian current money) or when paid in U$ must be exchanged into Reais to the turist dollar rate.
Breakfast is included in the rate.
Extra beds:
- children up to 3 years old are free of charge (1 per room).
Confimation of your reservation or any change will be considered as soon as we receive a copy (by fax) of bank deposit or credit card debt.
Deposits made beyond pre-reservation's deadline may not be accepted and will be sent back. Deducted of bank fees over the total amount.
Our rates advertised in brochures or any other type of publicity are valid until correspondent periods in the ads and may vary due to the high season or any special event , or even, due to variation in money exchange.
Special rates won't be added to other promotions without our agreement and the extra or special clauses must be specified in this document.
2. Payment policies.
Best season – up to 50% of total period amount.
High season – up to 50% of total period amount.
Special packages – up to 100% of total period amount.

The payment of reservation or alteration must be done as to the check in or check out alteration expenses during the stay.
Cancellation policy or no show.
Cancellations will be charged as below:
Best Season: March 3rd to december 28th
Up to 15 days prior to reservation – Free
Less then 15 days before check-in = 50 % of total period amount.
High Season: from december 29th to february 28th.
Up to 15 days prior to reservation – Free
Less then 15 days before check-in = 50 % of total period amount.
Special packages (New Year's, Carnival, Holly Week or other Hollydays)
Up to 15 days prior to reservation = 25 % of total amount.
Less then 15 days before check-in = 100 % of total period amount.
No refund for leaving before schedule date in any package*.
*The hotel may give or not to the guests the credit for future stay. This credit may be used by others in the same condition or date.
No show
No show is considered all guests who are not present at the scheduled date.
The room will be reserved for 24 hs. After that, the reservation will be cancelled and we will apply the same procedure as to our cancellation policy ( considering less than 14 days).
