RESERVATION POLICY

Children and minors:
Children up to 3 years do not pay (Up to 01 per apt, in the parents apartment).
Pousada Águas Claras does not accept unaccompanied minors from their parents or guardians. The minors in this situation must carry authorization signed by the parents with a notarized signature and notarized copy of their identity and the parents' identity. In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice or non-attendance on the date of check in on extended holiday packages, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Pets: Pousada Águas Claras does not accept pets.

Tourism tax:
The hotel charges $ 3.50 tourist fee per day per room. Amount passed on to Búzios Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Cancellation policy and no show:

If you cancel or change within 15 days prior to check in no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change 14 days or less in advance or in case of no-show, a percentage of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice or non-attendance on the date of check in on extended holiday packages, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

On early departure of extended holiday packages will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Payment system:
The total amount of the stay will be charged within 1 day prior to arrival or at the discretion of the hotel only a pre-authorization can be made and payment is made upon check-in.
Note: Pousada Águas Claras may cancel the reservation unilaterally in the following cases:
The. The reported credit card is invalid and / or the data provided does not match and / or the credit has not been approved by the financial institution.
B. For reasons of force majeure, within 48 hours after reservation request.
w. For reasons of force majeure that prevents or impairs the provision of the service.
D. For technical reasons that prevent the provision of the service obeying the reciprocity of the above cancellation rules published in item 1.

No show:
No show is considered when the guest does not appear on the booked date of entry. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period, we will consider the reservation canceled and the same criteria of cancellation will be applied with 14 days or less in advance. In case of booking of only one day, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
